I own Club Manager 2015, which is an ancestor of this. It is really very good and I bought it for on sale for a pittance, something like $3. Nearly all of the gameplay is exactly the same so I'd check out the reviews there for in-depth discussion of those features. I wrote one that was very good. I was impressed. Anyway, this game is 5 years newer, 3 releases later, and the price of a AAA management game. Yet it is almost entirely the same as CM2015 except: A very simplistic 2d match display which just shows you the location of the ball. The ability to coach in a bunch of different nations, though this is just cosmetic. The ability for owners to request goals which you must meet each season or be fired. Some people like this, but the goals seem arbitrary and don't add much to the game. I got increase stadium capacity by 100 seats and build a kiosk as my goals. Personally I just turned it off and would never use it. There are other really minor improvements to the gameplay but nothing significant.
