Stunning action RPG that feels like a Beat 'em up game but has skills to level up and gear to craft. It is significantly easier in co-op than in single-player. No missable achievements, can be played on easy and completion takes around 13 hours (or less in co-op). This is a great beat 'em up with very beautiful art and smooth fighting. I really enjoyed the variety of enemies and the world. The RPG elements are nice and it fits with the game. Both characters are unique in their own way and provide a different style of gameplay.

Looks and plays really nice. The enemies have nice variety to their attacks, but the game does drag on a bit, but this might not be that bad, as you have RPG mechanics and loot grinding to do anyway.

Radiant starts off with a typical story, your sister is kidnapped and it’s your job to save her. First impressions weren’t very positive as the animations were off and the camera was too zoomed in on my 1440p monitor (this can luckily be changed). The game does get better with time, it can even get very addictive thanks to the progression systems and the satisfying controls. The story and writing were entertaining enough to keep me engaged. The graphics can be charming and I appreciate there being distinctive biomes with their own themes. There are some songs that were pretty catchy. Most of the achievements were fun to get too. There are some weird bugs though. Most are minor but they do add to the negative impression of the game not being very polished. The one that annoyed me the most is my game crashing/freezing during a dialogue with the last boss. It kept happening, the only solution I found was quickly skipping that dialogue and hoping I would get lucky the next time. Next we need to talk about the repetitiveness of the environments and gameplay. Ok beat em up, has some cool Ideas like crafting, potions, ect. Decent story. Back rounds are super repetitive and bland, feels like your just fighting waves on same map. Would I suggest? Maybe on a deep cut but at full price no.
