About Born Into Fear
Born Into Fear is a first person horror game set in an empty suburban neighborhood called North Hollow Heights. Its residents have all been murdered in a single night by an organization lauded as the protectors of humanity. You are Agent Jay, a member of this organization: Aegis. Aegis has asked you to search the lifeless homes, gather the results from their experiment, and eliminate any evidence, including the Buffer they’ve created, “Sally.” However, you have another reason to work with Aegis: your mother has been missing for a year, and the only clue you have points you towards North Hollow Heights. If you ever want to see her again, you’ll have to deal with the monsters lurking there, one way or another.
North Hollow Heights was an ordinary neighborhood before Aegis’ experiment. Its people lived happy lives in their homes filled with love and laughter. Now, those same homes lie dead and silent. While you seek out a way to destroy the Buffer, uncover the truth of the experiment. Earn Sally’s trust by following her commands and rules. Maybe, you’ll even help the deceased pass on.

Thought it was pretty boring and repetitive with dumb tasks to fulfill. Quit after an hour.
solid game. also props to any multi ending game to have a pacifist route.
This game has little bit of jump-scare type of scenes and the rest of it is more explorative and fairly easy to play. I loved the freedom it has to just go wherever you want and explore.
Chefs kiss. Amazing. Not very scary, but eerie and a great unfolding story. One good jump scare and they game knows it and mocks you lol. Hats off, devs. Well done.
I hate this game. I do not believe I possess the level of mental stability required to participate in its content. I tried on three separate occasions to enjoy it and noped out in less than 15 minutes every time. I makes me want to cry? I am unwell. But I cannot give it a bad review because all of this is a me problem. This game does exactly what it is supposed to do and it does it extremely well. Top tier horror game. Thank you for showing me I do not like horror games. jfc everything is so upsetting and I hate it? Heck. Okay, I'm going to go outside and find a puppy to hug. Well done all of you, stay away from me.
The different houses and the story of growing up in a community? I think the storyline can be taken a few different ways. This world that JustSauce has created. I was scared. I questioned. I explored - with full body tension! I enjoyed this game. The various endings as well. I liked exploring the houses and learning about each soul and their experience. The side quests were fun as well. I cannot wait for more.
