BangBang PewPew is a skill-based lightgun shooter. Large publishers have ignored this genre for years so we are picking up the torch! BangBang PewPew features 25+ lightgun shooting challenges. We have created unique original challenges that push the genre in new directions like infinite running, driving and curling with a gun. We have also updated and redesigned many of the classics: skeet shooting, sport shooting and on-rails combat.
BangBang PewPew was successfully funded on Kickstarter and is available now on Steam.
BangBang PewPew is built from the ground-up for lightguns and it supports mouse input as well. We strongly recommend a lightgun and it has been tested on the Sinden Lightgun, Aimtrak, AE Lightgun and Gun4IR.

Is more content coming? UPDATE: Content never came. It's been over a year now, really bare bones game that's pretty thrown together, visually ugly. Shame, could have been good.. But if you want a new lightgun game, there isn't really many other options...4 found this helpful
a good game, one thing that was an obvious miss for me is the option of a simple name (alphabet) select for local hotseat along with local high score save and clear on screen indication of whos turn it is, no need for steam account name on the top right while playing hotseat local just names that are selected along with current score p1 left p2 right, more speed maps would be the best feature to work on and a "time add on hit variable mechanic" being added for some true high scores(like an arcade/endurance mode). in all modes a score counter would be nice to see on screen as of now your score/coins disappear at the steam account logo not very arcade ish. Scenario: i think this would have been better if the character was auto run/jump and the players objective is to clear the obstacles. i hope you take this as constructive criticism as im thinking from a 80s/90s arcade player3 found this helpful
Played with a Blamcon light gun: 8/10 Some of these challenges are frustratingly hard and needed to unlock more levels, but if you like target shooting games this is hard to beat.1 found this helpful

This game is ridiculously hard but fun at the same time!! I don't think the reload is quite right for one of the games and having to navigate jumping buildings while shooting and watching for mines is a heck of a work out using a light gun! lol
The best game ever. Use with my training gun.
