I uh, came in blind, not knowing what to expect since this was gifted to me, first off, the game was way too loud, the opening cutscene was alright I guess, I found some "lore" here and there, but it didn't really align with what I was actually seeing, since whenever I found the monster, it seemed to not notice me at all on this horrendously small map, with 4/5 electrical boxes done, and 1 fuel missing for the generator, I set out for the red room since I've found the key, spoiler: I didn't find the red room, I did find the blue room key though and found the room itself where... I found a gun? A pistol to be specific, with 3 unloaded rounds, the random suitcase in which I found it did have a few mags laying around, but I guess those were just for show, the gun had a custom red flashlight which proved to be just annoying, at least I didn't have to worry about batteries anymore, then I set out on my way with my 7 (now useless) batteries, 3 medkits and a repair kit which was just enough to get me over the 6kg weight limit and slow me down, luckily I was able to "use" (as the gun doesn't require batteries) some of them and go slightly bellow the limit, and I searched for both the red r…4 found this helpful
Game will be Removed Soon: https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/2452220/view/490464385050870422 for Preservation:
Project Retirement Notice Hello everyone, Development for this project has already been inactive for a long time, and I have decided to officially retire the game from sale on Steam. The game does not rely on online services, so existing owners will still be able to access and play it as usual. Thank you to everyone who supported the project and spent time playing it. I truly appreciate it. – Developer
Get it or nah2 found this helpful
Very cool game, mechanics seem to work very well. Has a eerie horror vibe for sure, along with a sort of back story with the notes you find along the way. Multiple game modes, making it suitable for many game play settings, along with the ability to pick a past trait giving you some sort of buff in the game. Map seems to be decent size to explore and all items i found work well, keybindings are a bit different but all worked excellent. Graphics look decent for the game style, and all around seems to be an enjoyable game at the start. Game can be a challenge, but enjoyable tho. Looking forward to playing more for sure. I recommend to anyone looking to challenge themselves in a horror game with objectives.1 found this helpful
A humble and short horror game where you're stuck in a hospital trying to escape. But nothing's ever that easy, so you must find stuff, to fix other stuff to unlock the exit. And of course someone is hunting for you. It's not bad, it's not great.
Sevyal, developed and published by Ünal, is a compact psychological survival horror experience that leans heavily into atmosphere, isolation, and resource tension rather than spectacle or high-budget polish. Built as an indie project, the game places players inside a deteriorating underground hospital facility where unethical experiments have spiraled out of control. From the outset, Sevyal establishes a bleak tone: the facility is dark, unstable, and hostile, and the player is not a heroic figure but a vulnerable investigator sent into a situation already far beyond containment. The setting is central to the game’s identity. The abandoned hospital is constructed as a maze of narrow corridors, locked rooms, generator stations, and shadowy chambers. Lighting is sparse and unreliable, forcing players to navigate by limited visibility and ambient cues. Flickering bulbs, distant mechanical rumbles, and environmental tremors contribute to a constant sense of instability. Rather than relying on constant jump scares, Sevyal cultivates dread through silence and anticipation. Long stretches of quiet exploration are punctuated by sudden audio disturbances or glimpses of movement in the dark…
Game was very glitchy. Every time I died and wanted to replay I would have to quit the game and reopen it. I was also so close to winning and coincidentally the game froze. Developers have some work cut out for them.
