A fun little election game with some neat ideas. However, the debate minigame completely kills it. It's neat in concept but is overly reliant on RNG (or, in this case RCG--random card generation). If you get a hand without any Argument 1 cards, you're guaranteed to lose that round and this can really compound over the course of the debate. This wouldn't be so bad if debates didn't have such massive weight behind them. A single loss can destroy your campaign which basically renders the rest of the game meaningless. It's a shame because I enjoyed the game other than that bit, but the way debates just bring the entire game to a screeching halt killed my joy for it. A fun game held back by a poorly-implemented mechanic.

MAKE IT CUSTOMIZABLEEEE PLSSSSSS First of all (and what bothers me the most): This game dons’t has any form of customization except for your own character (if you choose custom character and not a existent one), like: what if i want to change all the candidates? All their traits of each one? What if i want to change the popularity of each candidate on each state? And if i want to change simple things like the date of the election (for example: if i want to customize everything to make it look like the 1980 election or the 2008 election?) 2nd: It is not realistic, yall should add a realistic mode with primary elections, more complex media system (something more than just winning or losing debates), money system (buying support from corporations in exchange of political power/propaganda), etc, but this as a separate mode. 3rd: Something after the election, like setting policies So basically: MAKE IT SANDBOX/CUSTOMIZABLE and ADD CHEATSSSS. I recommend buying this, it's a really fun game and I enjoyed going for the 100% completion!

Fun little simulation game enjoyable for the 'number change on the screen' fans. Which I am and mean as a comliment for hitting the nail on the head with the target audience. The USA version really adds to it. For one there are more mechanics and the whole sci-fi mode, but most importantly it gets at the very fun part of electioneering that is the undemocratic nature of US electoral college. It is a fun thing to play with, you just have to not think about real world implications. But the game is fun.
