Piecing It Together

This is a super cute game! my boyfriend bought it for me because I love puzzles. This one is a little difficult if you aren't used to first-person controls, but it really separates itself from the other jigsaw puzzle games. There are 10 levels, and each level has 4 difficulties, going from about 20 pieces to 200 pieces. easy mode took me about 30 minutes to beat, and hard mode took me about 5 hours to complete, which is kind of a long time but there's no rush to complete it. There is no hint system, but you can reorganize pieces again with F. You can save your progress anytime and come back to finish it. also, progress is saved per difficulty on each puzzle, so your progress on Hard Mode does not overwrite your progress on Easy Mode. Also, some pieces are flat and are hard to spot if you are looking at them along the edge. You can use Q/E to go up/down to see them easier. Overall, I really like this game! 9/10

I debated a fair bit about even posting a review for this game. One the one hand I did complete the game and there is a fair bit of content here. On the other hand maybe due to playing this straight through it became more of a rage of completion rather than enjoyment. So each Very Hard mode puzzle took about an hour to complete. So that is where 10 of my 21 hours of completion went into. The remaining 11 hours was split between completing all of the Easy Medium and Hard versions of each puzzle and that is where one of the problems lie. The puzzles are just the same 10 puzzles just with more pieces each time. The good side is that you can learn the puzzles working your way through each difficulty. The bad is that it becomes very reputative. Also difficulty doesn't stack so if you though to just play Very Hard first to speed this along you cannot. The theme of each puzzle is very executed with 10 unique options. The controls are not terrible but they will take some getting used to. The camera can be a bit wonky at times which can lead to some very jarring moments or even worse the game lags and the camera swivels like an uncontrol able drunk. Janky controls and lack of variety.

A simple and relaxing little game. A 3D jigsaw where you rebuild fractured models. Rotating the pieces can be a little awkward but overall a solid podcasts game. I hope we get a pack of new puzzles sometime.

Helps me relax and just and nice way to spend time especially if you dont have anything to do :D
