Experienced on the Meta Quest 3
You can view my gameplay & early impressions here: https://youtu.be/4HS0NZwVOKo This is a budget-priced rogue-lite mech bullet hell wave shooter mixed with a little bit of an endless runner. Given the budget price, this is an easy recommend for me. I wasn't expecting much, but I genuinely had fun. The game has an interesting gameplay loop. It plays like a lot of the recent Vampire Survivor Clones, but for VR. You're in first person and you're operating a giant mech as you aim, shoot, and evade. The controls are pretty simple joystick controls (no throttle), with left trigger for missile lock and right trigger for the cannon fire. You can also press both grips to launch a massive special attack. After a while, you get bonus upgrades which you can use to improve your weapons, get some health back, or improve shields or exp, etc. There's obviously some RNG involved with the upgrades you get and some quick thinking with trying to get synergies from your chosen path. There's also bonuses you can pick up along the way. Lastly, there are permanent upgrades you can make to your mech as well so that the next run is just a bit easier. My biggest…

Isn’t a blockbuster, but it’s worth the dive. At first, I thought it might get boring due to its simplicity, but weaving through bullet storms turned out to be more thrilling than expected. It's quite funny. A slight drawback is the game feels more like a shooter than a true mech experience. The mechs are there, mainly during upgrades and game setup, but I wish they were more integrated into the core gameplay. Overall, it's a fun ride, especially for its price. Would recommend if you’re into dodging more than just bullets.

While the game art doesn't match the game itself, the game itself is actually fun. I've spent my nights playing this game, and as of now, I'm 7 hours into it, and I love it. However, for the developers, if they are reading this, could you provide a gamma option or just brighten the game? It's a little dark from the start. I'd like to see more LED lights, turning it into a light show. Also, changing the enemy spawns; they always spawn in the same location. Could you also give us more options on the color or design of the cockpit? Adding an option for music and sound from the enemies would be great too. Finally, could you add new enemy types like the ones on the front cover? Games like this could do a lot more in the VR market. As of now, the game is pretty entertaining, but I'd like to see greater features in the next update... Player2 can you work with index controls i cant use the nuke

I received this as a gift, but this is definitely worth their full $5 asking price. This is a completely seated VR game. No large playspace needed. While clearly made by a smaller studio, this game actually has a lot going for it. The game is engaging and fun. The main gameplay is a standard/basic Rogue-lite loop where you play the game from start over and over while gaining credits to upgrade yourself at the main menu, so that you are stronger and stronger for repeat playthroughs. Each playthrough has you start at lvl 1 and each time you level up, you pick from 3 random upgrades. This is the only place they added variety in your playthroughs. All enemy patterns, maps, and bosses are the same each time. In essence, this means that in all other regards, this is a SHMUP style game. So you will be dodging bullets while attacking the enemies. It is entrancing and an enjoyable experience and I feel SHMUP fans will feel right at home. I have NOT finished the game yet, so take my opinions with a grain of salt. My biggest concerns at this point are a lack of depth and dull start for each loop. While the gameplay and levels are enjoyable, it was fairly simplistic in enemy patterns, a…

Overall, it's quite fun but the content is somewhat limited and the enemies are a bit dull.

Fun bullet hell roqulette rails shooter. You basically pew pew with your right and move around on a 2d plane with your left. It's genuingly fun, less of a "VR Enlightment", you get a fun gameplay loop that drives you to try again and adapt your strategy.
