Its been a long time since a game made me feel cooler from playing it. This game does that. Def. worth a go and the music is ace too. Edit 27/02/2026: Yes, this game is very good and the strategies and themes are really varied. Highly recommended.

I initialy bought the game and refunded it because i thought it wasnt worth the asked price and had in general some issues. Those issue since then got sorted out as it seems and honestly ... i missed that game! Glad to have it back in my library and this time it stays! :-) What this "dice roguelike" does really well is taking jatzy (aka kniffel in my language) and puts on a really cool roguelike spin. Its well done and fun!

Really good game. Slick, stylish presentation with good, impactful sound effects really contribute to the dopamine rush of huge combos. I tend to turn music off in most games so can't really comment on that. Definitely on the more potentially complex end of deckbuilders in that there is quite a lot to keep track of (20+ dice all with their own effects, synergies and custom modifiers) if you really want to push your build to its limits, so this isn't what I'd call an easily playable "podcast game", you'll need to pay attention to get the most out of it. As such, the runs tend to last quite a while as well which may or may not be your thing. I suppose if there's one thing I'd like to see that the game doesn't already have, it's some sort of mode where the runs are shorter and less complex for when you just want to relax a bit without keeping track of a lot. Something where you have fewer dices and the score requirements are lower, maybe. It feels pretty fair although some of the boss-specific rules and some of the dice can be a little convoluted and opaque and some of the translations aren't perfect but are still understandable.
