New Yankee: Jelly Chaos

[strike] I would love to recommend this game, but I can't while the achievements are broken. I've tried contacting the developer via the game page, the developer's group, and in their announcement for the game. No response. So until the developer decides to pay attention to user comments, I will not be recommending this game, nor any other ALAWAR games in the future. [/strike] I am updating my review as promised because the developer finally fixed the achievement issues. It took two months to fix it, so that's not good, but at least they finally listened. As for the game itself it is very good. I really enjoyed this one more than the last few they have produced. The story was fun and funny and the levels were challenging without being ridiculously hard. I did have to repeat levels quite a bit to get the gold time, but that is fun for me. So I'm changing my rating to recommended.

Typical time management game from the New Yankee series. I found this one to be a bit more challenging than previous installments however where getting gold on every level felt impossible. Eventually I gave up trying for all gold which lessened the desire to play unfortunately. Overall though I recommend the game if you enjoy this type of genre, especially if you grab it on sale or part of a bundle.
