Unfortunately I can't recommend this game for a really annoying reason, but I'm willing to change my review here, if the creator should be willing to fix it (which I unfortunately doubt strongly, because they aren't happy with this game here by themself). But first I need to explain a part of the game mechanics more, before you are able to understand my criticism: You start the game with choosing between one of 4 people (I assume those are all kids) and then picking out a level (which you need first to unlock for of course). Each campagin/person plays a bit differently, which is a plus point for sure. But the one person with the lantern on their hand is the reason, why I'm not able to give this game a positive review unfortunately. In the 7th level of this campaign you need to run away from a monster. This monster is going to follow your movements and blocking your way are a lot of innocent people. You have to make sure that this monster won't touch any of those with carefully watching your own steps. If this creature kills 3 of them, all of those innocent beings will suddenly attack you in an insane speed, so you will lose (there's no chance for avoiding their attacks, because…

Hello, welcome all Chuds, Gamers, and other Nerds. I aim to 100% all the games that catch my eye and join the sea of reviews on this platform. Most will never read this, but I will review the games I find simply and thoroughly. 1 What is "6 Feet Behind?" A 2.5D horror game using the aesthetic of a child’s drawing. This game is level based, with forty four levels across four different characters with some abilities given to each. 2 What does this game play like? A puzzle horror game. Evade the entity and use it to kill the hostile humans. Simple rankings Story 7/10: Not much of a story. Some event happened, these entities are after you, and nothing you can do will stop them. For a free little horror game, this is pretty interesting, and you can see deeper themes if you want. An effort was made, but I do wish it had something more concrete rather than being vague, but that is a solid choice, as the mind can fill in the gaps far better than any written story. Game play 6/10: Three of the four campaigns are basic puzzles. You lead and avoid the entity and have it kill the hostile humans while the game gives you the basic story. The third campaign ruins it. Графика, хоть и пиксельная, но очень стильная и прекрасно передает гнетущую атмосферу маленького городка, погрязшего в тайнах. Особенно хочется отметить звуковое сопровождение – музыка и звуковые эффекты создают невероятно жуткий эффект, добавляя игре глубины. Геймплей заключается в сборе улик, допросах свидетелей и сопоставлении фактов. Иногда приходится принимать трудные решения, которые напрямую влияют на развитие сюжета и концовку. Единственный минус – иногда встречаются небольшие баги в диалогах, но это не критично и не сильно портит общее впечатление от игры. В целом, '6 Feet Behind' – это отличный выбор для любителей атмосферных детективов с мрачным сюжетом и сложным moral dilemmas. Рекомендую!
