Your brother is missing! Your only clue is the last message you received from him while he was checking in on your most recent lessees. Its now up to you to get in and get him out without getting gotten yourself.
Travel through the house while avoiding the spirits of the previous inhabitants. This can be done by listening and watching out for them and using the house against them. If you are caught, you are dead. So don't not get caught.
Close doors and use lights to keep the enemies at bay while finding the items needed to save your brother.

What is the point of this game? You wander around aimlessly until you get jumped by some silly little creature and get sent back to the start over and over. Terrible. Rating: 1/102 found this helpful
I died and suddenly I was playing pool. Wtf is this game
"Death Lease" is a low key asset flip, a bunch of other people's assets assembled badly to make a basic game, typically this kind of thing is done by amateur developers without sufficient budget, talent and/or staff to do the job of game development professionally. It's then quickly rushed into Steam Direct. And, unsurprisingly, this never results in a product with any quality, interest, or value for gamers. This is your usual run of the mill Unity asset flip, a collection of mismatched, crappy assets assembled to make a "spooky house adventure" with odd jumpscares and painfully bad, unpolished and incoherent gameplay. So, the game might look better than you'd expect from an amateur project, but this is because it's partially or completely made up of stock assets, "borrowed" from asset stores and free asset websites. Very little in this game is truly the creation of the "developer", it's just a bunch of rearranged assets. While there's no up front price for this asset flip, the other problem with asset flips is that when developers aren't capable of doing their job and creating high quality assets, it's also true they can't do any of the rest of the job of a game developer ei…
Not for me. Not fun. Not really that playable. At least there was pool.
i tried to have fun in the silly house but stupid little creatures i couldn't see kept sending me back to the playing pool and listening to bad music zone. can't recommend it.
