About A Rat's Quest - The Way Back Home | Season 1

Meet Mat, a young rat whose simple life in an abandoned wine cellar with his best friend, Toby, is turned upside down when he falls head over tail in love with Nat, a clever house mouse who is kept as a pet by one of the Giants on the upper floors of the building.
Bitten by the love bug, Mat sets out on a perilous journey to become a Scavenger, just so he can sneak up and secretly visit his beloved. Despite coming from different worlds, their dream is to start a new life outside the rat commune. However, the cellar holds secrets. Yet, Mat's reckless confidence and the community's hidden, unsettling truths put their lives in great danger.
Help Mat navigate the maze of hidden dangers and witness the lengths he is willing to go to for love.

I don't recommend. Camera angle is so annoying that I couldn't even focus on playing.

Cute game but as others said the controls and camera need work, end up leaping way off and having to repeat the same bit over and over as he wouldn't jump where you pushed the controller to. Graphics are fine - cutscenes are blurry though, not sure if this was intentional or not? It seems quite short so not too bad to push through but could get annoying for some as I've had a few moments when climbing where it just wasn't working smoothly, if you can get past that its great

What a fun and beautiful game! I'm so impressed by the world building and gameplay. Playing as a small rat in such a big world is so fun! I enjoyed so much exploring all the areas and I loved that pretty much every single nook and cranny are accessible to our main character. That attention to detail is brilliant. Also, loved the characters and story so far. No wonder this game won Best Latin American Game at the Gamescom Latam BIG Festival Awards! Can't wait for season 2 to drop!

Excelente juego con hermosos gráficos y voces de doblaje muy bien cuidadas. Un gran orgullo para el desarrollo de videojuegos en México.

Absolutely fantastic game and new successor of original Ratatouille game (2007) from ASOBO where I see a huge inspiration. To be honest, I was really worried about the good-looking project because the development took a long time and there wasn't much information, but now the game is finally out. The split into two parts only made my worries worse. But none of that was confirmed and I really enjoyed it and spent a fantastic 7 hours of great adventure playing it with my little son. This is more than I expected for that good price. Proof that even smaller developer teams can make great games. For rodent lovers, this is an absolute must-have and unfortunately the comparison with Ratatouille is simply unavoidable and that's why I'll stick with it. The main difference compared to this game is probably that Rat's Quest is heavily linear without any side quests or optional missions with a minimum of alternative paths. Also, apart from a mini butterfly catch, there are no collectibles or unlockable content, which is a big shame and if the game sells good, there's a big opportunity for a small "expansion" or DLC. While I played Ratatouille at least 10 more times after the first pla…
