wow. just wow. my life has completely changed after playing rat memory. you think it is a normal story about a rat and his adventures, but no. this game has such a deep and rich story with such an amazing attention to detail. (just zoom in on the rat you'll know what i mean) i have never wanted to give a developer more money in my life. please buy this game and experience this for yourself.

quite frankly the best game I have ever played. I was in limbo, lost in life but now I see. I was blind but now I see nothing but the life awaiting me. Thank you Rat memory for letting me see the light.

As a fellow Rat indie game creator I must give this game a good review! The good: Music is nice and there is a playful and silly atmosphere to everything. The very low quality voice clips add to the charm in a good way. The rat is very cute and animations are nice. There is variety in the level presentation The bad: The momentum-based movement that starts out too slowly and then becomes too fast combined with the rat jumping 30x higher than it should be, makes platforming very frustrating, and level design is extremely over-sized + the rat is extremely tiny, and looks like a bug or mosquito it has become so small at times, it just doesn't feel good to move around or jump; platforming is very hard, the main challenge is manipulating your airborne speed to land on things because you are usually too slow or too fast The levels are mostly extremely basic with the exception of a few like floating fruit in the sky and a very large labyrinth one. Many of them reminded me of the test maps I made for my own game to test out characters, with them being made of mostly cubes, some objects missing textures, etc I still recommend the game though because it made me smile and that is w…

As much as I like the premise, it's hard to get into. The levels when you start are nowhere near as interesting as the trailer, and the odd momentum your rat has when it moves just makes the levels frustrating. I'd like to see the game be potentially improved on, but in it's current state it's not a good first impression.
