About Achromatic
Achromatic is a first-person horror puzzle game where the player takes the role of a hired technician who has been called in to repair a faulty carousel. Upon entering the carnival however, they find that there is more wrong here than a couple loose wires, and they find that the biggest challenge they will have is escaping the carnival in one piece.

Achromatic means that something is without colour. In this game the main colours are black and white. You play as a technician who needs to repair a carousel in the amusement park. While the majority of the game is indeed without colour you'll notice that by standing under light sources we can see our surroundings in colour. Light is a weapon against enemies. Now, once we are greeted (by the owner I presume) via loudspeaker we proceed to the entrance that requires us to enter a code. For some reason leaving these screens with the keypad brought in front of us is only possible if you press either "Q" or "I". So, when you interact with notes remember these keys as pressing "E" again (which is the default key for interaction) will not work. In the game we mostly activate switches to change the position of light sources and there are two monsters we need to avoid. Unfortunately, there are no options for the graphics settings and once we are inside the funhouse the game starts stuttering. The puzzles are not difficult to complete and in 30 minutes we are done. I can't say that the game ends on a cliffhanger but I definitely want to see more of this. It has a great aesthetic approach …22 found this helpful
actually a great game, sure its a little buggy but it was very unique. a lot of indie games i see now have copy paste models, but this one had actually kinda creepy models. I didnt really understand the story, as it was super short, but the first time you see that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ horse made me ♥♥♥♥ my pants i got caught off guard. I liked its movement patterns, it would lunge and doesnt just patrol or run in pace with you. And the pt hallway was fun, very good game, wish it was longer and more polished!1 found this helpful
this was fun like the black and white. Nice free game.
It was too bugged, too janky and too unoptimized that i couldnt move past the first puzzle. I can't say anything about whatever comes after that, so unless you want to try if the game works (good) for you then I don't recommend playing the game at all.
Before I played Achromatic, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
