About Achtung die Kugel!
A local multiplayer action game where skills and tactics decide who wins.
Each player controls of a "kurve", a curve that always moves forward and is only stopped when crashing into another object. Whenever an opponent crashes while you're still in the game, you score a point. Get to the score limit first to win the game!
Achtung die Kugel re-imagines the old classic "Achtung die Kurve". Achtung die Kugel bends achtung-space to kugel-space (sphere-space) and brings the same classic action and skillful gameplay you would expect from an achtung game.
Here's what's in the package:
- Action packed gameplay: one small mistake and you're out for the round!
- Achtung die Kugel is played on a Sphere!!
- Jumps! Get out of tight situations or get right in front of an opponent with this skill-intensive feature.
- Easy to learn - hard to master: you can only go left, right or jump. But it takes lots of skill and tactics if you want to win the round!
- Play up to 4 players in two teams or free for all.
- Different maps to choose from.
- Xbox controller support. Definitely plays best with controllers!
- Party mode. Hate waiting for the end of each round? In party mode you respawn immediately!
- Many settings for your ultimate achtung-on-a-sphere experience!

This is a very basic local party game of sorts. Has a few interesting globes. Gameplay is simple and easy to get into, while having a bit of strategy to do well. This is definitely a game where a neutral option would be preferable, but for what it is -- it's not a bad game. Definitely needs more work, though.3 found this helpful

[h1] Going Against the Grain[/h1] Well howdy folks, it's me the hipster ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that gives games the opposite of the review they are normally getting. I actually like this game, played with some friends on the couch (no not the friends that died from covid, new ones). Sat down, had some drinking games, played several rounds. There isn't much to not like, unless you're just not someone that likes "one trick ponies." But if that's the case I don't want to see a single puzzle game on your stupid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ playlist; And no more than one metroidvania or souls-like. I don't give a ♥♥♥♥ if suddenly you recoil from the water being splashed on your face, you're making a bad take. "Oh no online who plays with friends anymore." I dunno bro, maybe people that go out and touch grass, or have sex, or have friends. Usually friends and sex are one in the same. But you wouldn't know because all your long distance relationships are based on the hope that when they change completely into an in-person format, your feelings will be the same. Игра "Achtung die Kugel!" — динамичный и весёлый вариант настольного бильярда для 2–4 игроков. Цель — прокатить шарик в лунку, избегая столкновений с другими. Простые правила, но высокая стратегия: расчёт траектории, блокировка противника и быстрая реакция. Качество компонентов отличное — яркие фишки, удобная доска. Подходит для всех возрастов, идеально для компании. Минус — может затянуться, если игроки часто пересматривают ходы. Рекомендую для развлечения и развития логического мышления.
