Excellent game but precision platforming racing is just not for me hitting slopes and keeping momentum is hard! Requires too much focus. xP But yeah it is really good so if it is a genre for you then it is absolutely going to be worth it.1 found this helpful

Pros: Pretty fun gameplay Decent artstyle (except Betsy) Cons: Repetitive (all you do is time trials) You need to be very precise with timing (on one of the dance levels, I could only and barely get -.01 less time because of how stupidly precise you need to be) I would've played more of the game but as mentioned earlier, it's very repetitive and there's nothing else to do other than make levels to play. I don't want to play this if it's going to become more annoying with the precision controls in later levels. Get it on sale and not full price if you really want to try it. That's what I did.
From start to finish, Action Henk is a fun and relatively easy platformer/racer. If there was nothing else to do, I would still recommend it. But if you happen to be a perfectionist/masochist you can stick around and try for the best times on all courses. If you do, it stops being relatively easy and instead becomes a rage inducing hunt for micro improvements to style and execution. That's not my scene, but I know some people thrive on that hunt.
Great game, family friendly. Had to force compatibility to use proton-cachyos-11.0-20260429 (steam linux runtime) for my specific configuration in order to launch without freezing but no issues afterwards. No issues on on Windows 10/11 PCs.
