Stunt Toys, developed and published by SHOGUN GAMES, is a lightweight physics-driven sandbox that centers on the simple pleasure of driving miniature vehicles through oversized environments. It doesn’t present itself as a traditional racing game with structured competitions or progression systems; instead, it leans into a more open-ended design, inviting players to experiment with movement, momentum, and stunt-based play in a relaxed, toy-like setting. The core experience revolves around navigating small cars across maps filled with ramps, platforms, and obstacles that are clearly designed to encourage creative movement. There are no strict objectives pushing players forward—no races to win or campaigns to complete—just a space to explore and interact with. This gives the game a freeform identity, where the enjoyment comes from discovering how the vehicles respond to the environment and how far you can push the physics system. That physics system is the centerpiece of the entire experience. Vehicles react dynamically to terrain, speed, and collisions, allowing for a wide range of outcomes when attempting jumps or stunts. Successfully landing a tricky maneuver or chaining together…

Behind the loud name "physics based sandbox" lies an Unreal Engine asset flip. The game's physics are primitive and monotonous, which quickly becomes boring. After 20-30 minutes, it becomes clear that there isn't much to do here. A significant drawback is the complete disregard for PC gamers: * There is no support for keyboard and mouse, only for gamepad. Even basic control settings are not provided. * The game may crash or run at a low frame rate, making it virtually unplayable on Linux. The author's attitude towards the product and players is also questionable: it would have been "easy" for the author to add keyboard support and optimize the game for Linux, but he simply chose not to.

Stunt toys is just an excuse for bad car physics. The controls are terrible. It feels more like a chore trying to get the car go where you want. Good idea, bad execution. I would not pass this off to a child either. Its just gonna make them cry.

So this is what my hotwheels experience, on a serious note the game isn't that good, I'm lying, it's pretty good, and while there is only one map, it's actually quite large and some of the missions genuinely make it so you have to be concentrating at all times to complete them, the cat and mouse minigames or what it is actually called are some of my favorites. And while having mid vehicle selection, being able to play as a train covers that problem, at least for me it does

I'm not really sure if Stunt Toys is an asset flip. Some elements of this game certainly make it seem like the developer put some effort into assembling some kind of original here. On the other hand, a lot of the game assets don't seem like they were created by the developer, but they haven't credited any asset creators for supplying assets, which might be a case of plagiarism. There's no evidence, so we need to give the benefit of the doubt... regardless, asset flip or not, the quality here is indistinguishable from many asset flip/cash grab scams, and that's a problem in itself. It's an extremely badly made third person view arcade toy racer... with just one map, and all you do is drive around and collect coins. You can see what I mean about this being indistinguishable from an asset flip, this feels like a minimum viable product cash grab. It's not worth your time or money. On the upside, the game does feature customisable controls and resolution, so at least some of the basic, minimum requirements have been met. Unfortunately there's a number of other technical defects and shortcomings which contribute to the game being difficult to recommend to gamers. In a sheer ins…
