About AeroChopper
AeroChopper is a 2D single-player side-scroller where the player controls a vehicle that can transform between helicopter and airplane modes. The player controls this swapping of vehicle types as well as the direction that the vehicle travels. The player will then use this information to traverse dangerous, procedurally generated levels filled with obstacles. These levels are fast-paced and designed to put the player's reaction time to the test.

AeroChopper is a simple 2D horizontal scrolling endless runner game with a few twists, bells and whistles. You control a vehicle that can transform between a slow but maneuverable helicopter and a fast jet. There's also limited shooting as you can blast some of the obstacles, and even an upgrade/customisation feature. Thanks to the Unity default launcher you can choose your resolution and there's a working full screen mode. Another plus is that this doesn't look like a Unity asset flip or anything, this seems to be a genuinely made indie game, or possibly a student project of some kind. Unfortunately after all that, it's still a mobile app tier endless runner game with little appeal for PC gamers. Controls are locked, however, that's problematic as it may render the game unplayable for differently abled gamers. There's nothing in the way of graphics tweaks or anything. This feels much more like a mobile app than a serious PC game and doesn't have any significant or notable interest for PC gamers. Even mobile app endless runners like Temple Runner feature more sophisticated graphics and gameplay. The game is completely free. Nothing speaks more to a developers belief in…4 found this helpful

Rough around the edges game with some promise. 63/100
How to do Upgrades Wrong
This game does so much right, and much more wrong. It sells itself wayyyyy to short. It's a simple game, with a very minuscule build on graphics, looking like a 2005 era Newgrounds game, but that's not the problem here. Those games were a toss up, some were so good that they became full games, and others are so bad that the developers fell into obscurity, as if Thanos' snap ripped through space and time to unmake them for their crimes on programming. This game shoots itself in the foot for no discernible reason. The game is difficult, but the upgrades make the game not only playable, but enjoyable. Too bad half the upgrades are 1 time use, and once they are gone, you are ♥♥♥♥♥♥. You will have to buy them again, making this 30 minute long game into a several hour grueling experience. It's not set up like an arcade game, Its not dark souls, it's not mine-craft, it's just sussy and bad.
