Beautiful game with some terrible translation. Love it. Game has game pad support for windows and you can always set up a crontoller through steam.

I bought this mostly on a whim. Having seen what Early Access looks like these days, I didn't have high hopes. But honestly, I was very surprised by this one. Now, as of me writing this, there are some issues; Firstly, keyboard controls are the only way to go at the moment, but a gamepad would feel more comfortable. I know the developer said they're changing up the gamepad controls, but the fix can't really get here soon enough. Secondly, enemy variety does leave something to be desired. With every mook with a sword looking the exact same as every other mook with a sword, it does get a bit repetitive. Third, in english, some of the speech is still... off, though I am aware that the developers of this game are not native english speakers. Some of the speech bubbles do bleed off of the screen, and I suspect they don't do this in the chinese version. However, the gameplay is solid, the art style is appealing and uniform, the sound design is pretty good, and I'm really digging the soundtrack. There is an entire character customization feature that I was not at all expecting, but it really fits. But the big one... the big one, here... It's fun! I can really see this game being pretty …

Pros: Beautiful Art Design Steam Deck/Linux Friendly Good Soundtrack Cons: Poor Translation Second Part of the game can only be unlocked if you pay for the DLC, and said DLC is only available in Chinese When I first started playing it I actually had fun. The combat was easy to pick up on while it also offered a challenge, the music paired well with the game atmosphere, and the story was easy enough to follow even with the poor yet amusing translation. But when I reached the "end" I went to see what happened with the rest of the game. Originally when I looked there was no DLC, and read that it was only available on mobile. Then one day I decided on a whim to see if there were any new additions to the game - lo and behold there was DLC! it's only in Chinese script with no translation. If there is ever a fan translation mod, or if the devs decide to translate it I'll reconsider playing it. Until then I can't recommend this one.

The english localization isn't great lol, but it's very easy to get what the characters are trying to say as long as you're actually paying attention. The gameplay is actually challenging and pretty fun, though the mobs can get annoying at times. It Kind of reminds me of Muramasa: The Demon Blade, but I think I actually may like this more. The setting is very unique and underrated; Qin Dynasty China, a very brutal and repressive time period during Qin Shi Huangdi's reign. The dark tone and atmosphere is very fitting and appreciated. The soundtrack is also very good imo. If you're looking for a fun yet challenging 2D action platformer and don't mind some jank, then this is right up your alley.

This is a good 2D fighting game with great story. I highly recommend this game if you like good story with some good action. I enjoy playing this game. Keep up the good work. (If the dialog have voices that would be nice.) This is a work in progress game so it still has room for improvement. Fun game and good price.
