"AZ: Oath of Brotherhood Prologue 1" is not a game. It's not even an advertisement/demo for a game. It's an advertisement/demo (one of three advertisements, apparently) for a non-game e-book/interactive novel. There are some very lightweight, very bad "game" elements that add nothing of merit as games and do nothing to add value to this advertisement for an e-book. It's a common mistake for developers unfamiliar with Steam to launch demos/advertisements as full games on Steam instead of tagging them correctly as demos. Here's the instructions for developers on how to put a demo up on Steam, because the developers obviously didn't read it: https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/store/application/demos If this was an advertisement for a game, which it isn't, the game it's advertising for would be terrible. Instead, of course, this is an advertisement for a non-game, which in turn would be terrible. They chose to use obsolete retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the non-game is extremely low as a result. Resolution and controls are locked.
