What Steam players say
Recent verbatim reviews from Steam — separate from playze.io community reviews below.
Players report significant technical issues including launcher crashes that require Windows locale changes and fatal errors preventing the game from running. Beyond crashes, the core puzzle gameplay is criticized for poor design choices like indistinguishable tiles and pieces that blend into the background, making progression rely on guessing rather than skill, though a handful of players appreciate it as a quick, simple puzzle experience.
Broken trash game. You need to set your windows locale to English (US) for this game to even launch. Absolute dogwater. Im on a quest of at least trying every game in my library, of which I got plenty from all kinds of bundles, not all though. If you are interested in my journey, check out my other reviews :)1 found this helpful
fatal error thingy, doesnt even work right1 found this helpful
This is a simple 2D retro pixel jigsaw puzzle game, but with squares, because as the developers weren't able to do proper PC graphics and used pixel "art", they also weren't able to work out how to make tiles shaped like jigsaw puzzle pieces. Anyway this retro pixel garbage was bought to you by Daily Indie Game bundles, some of the worst bundles known to mankind.1 found this helpful
Level 11 Achievement broken
I have no idea how this ended up on my library, but I'm always willing to give small games a chance. Well this could be a simple and relaxing jigsaw puzzle game. It's almost impossible to fail there. But unfortunately it does fail: there are pieces that look exactly the same, with no distinctive marks whatsoever, like a blue square for example. You have 4 or 5 pieces like this and you have to guess by trial and error where they fit. On the second level it gets worse: there are white pieces to be placed on a white background, with a white cursor. Meh.
100% worth the price 22 mins of insane game play, the replay-ability is endless.
