Jigsaw Puzzle Beach Season is a basic browser/Flash/mobile-app like jigsaw puzzle game. Solve various jigsaw puzzles made up from images that the "developer" stole off the Internet and used without crediting the actual creators, making this plagiarism, as well as an asset flip and a cash grab. Sure, the image rights may allow some stock images to be used without credit (although there's no reason to believe so in this case), and claiming credit for the work of others, as is happening here, is unethical, and the creative and intellectual bankruptcy going on here is unacceptable. So what we have here is a basic jigsaw puzzle engine that's been skinned with a bunch of photos stolen off the internet and used without attribution. Full disclosure: I got this in a bundle for roughly $1.50 USD. And I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful a lot of the photos are. Although I think they are stock photos, they are nice stock photos, the kind you usually have to pay for. So that out of the way, it has all the bells and whistles of the other jigsaws by the same dev. You can choose the number of pieces and the cut of the puzzle. You can choose the color of the puzzle mat and do things like use a ghost image. You can have pieces rotate or not and you can lock correct pieces to the board. About the only criticism I have for these puzzles is that the photos disappear too quickly after completion. So it would be nicer if the completed puzzle stayed up for a bit.
