This game has got great ambiance and kept me stressed out to the max. I played on hard mode the first time i played. I will say it was a little difficult to figure out at first but once i figured out it went smoothly...mostly. There was a glitch as well at the area of reading the articles about the woman accused of witchcraft, where one of the articles stayed on the screen, and I could not get out of it or even go into the pause screen.

minus the constant ending reset where if you fail you start over this was still a good title

Bonanit - A Menorcan Horror Story taps directly into something that genuinely freaks me out: sleep paralysis. If you’ve watched my streams, you probably already know this is a legit fear of mine. I’ve only experienced it once—maybe twice—in my life, but that was more than enough. Absolutely terrifying. Do not recommend. So when I saw a game centered around sleep paralysis, did I play it? Yes. Did I hate every second of it? …Also yes. Trying to put my personal bias aside, though—Bonanit is actually a solid game. It blends a sleep paralysis experience with anomaly-style gameplay, and honestly, it works. The concept is interesting, the execution is decent, and it does what it sets out to do. I can’t really give a fair answer on whether everyone will find it scary, because this fear is very personal. But for me? Yeah. It was absolutely terrifying. The atmosphere alone had me on edge the entire time. I didn’t end up beating the game—not because it was bad, but because after a couple hours of restarting due to missing anomalies, I eventually rage-quit. That one’s on me and my own limitations, not the game itself. All things considered, I’d still say give it a shot. It’s a good, well…

Bonanit delivers jump scares that hit hard and often, keeping you on edge from start to finish. The inability to freely move your character adds a wild and incredibly stressful layer to the experience, making you feel trapped and powerless as the horror unfolds around you. Every moment feels tense, with the game constantly daring you to look away—or not look at all. If you’re searching for a game that genuinely unsettles you and lingers in your mind long after you stop playing, Bonanit delivers both the nightmares and the thrills in equal measure.
