PROS - Art is lovely - Voiced Neutral - There are 4 female (Angmar, Helewisa, Thiphania, Yggraine) and 1 male (Stephen) romance routes. - The plotline is okay enough, but it's not really engrossing due to lack of choices your character has. - Playthroughs are quick, about 20 minutes or less each. However, expect long black transition screens and random crashes to eat up about 1/3-ish of your playtime. CONS - You play as a male character, and this cannot be changed. - You can pick your character's name, but it's never used in game so there's really no point to customizing your name. - You can't date / romance Mehenilda, the monk. - Settings do not persist between sessions. If you set everything to your liking then it crashes (and it WILL crash, a lot) or you quit, nothing is remembered and you have to set everything up to your liking again. - Created in Visual Novel Maker, so expect long black loading screens on the transitions between scenes, days repeating the exact same text as yesterday, and random crashes. "Border of her Heart" is not a game, it's an e-book that's been dumped on Steam masquerading as a game. As a visual/interactive novel, this doesn't feature any notable gameplay, it's just a lot of clicking through badly written dialogue that would never have been accepted or published in print, which poses the question, "How did something this badly written end up on Steam?". When someone hoping to become an author is unable to get published in print, they spend $100 and dump their high school fan-fiction onto Steam, under the guise of a game. This e-book was slapped together with the godawfully bad Visual Novel Maker VN/E-Book construction kit, so just like no professional writing took place here, no professional game development took place either, it's just a product of filling out templates in the construction kit. This E-book features Choose-Your-Own-Adventure elements where you make some decisions that don't do anything to change the fact this is just an E-Book. Nobody finished reading a Choose-Your-Own-Adventure book and said "Boy, what a great game I just played!". Because E-books aren't games. And neither is this. Bought this game with the spare change I had because I didn't know what to spend it on, honestly it's pretty good visually and the voice acting is good for a $1.50 AUD game, I like how each characters has their own accents. Good repeatability and the achievements you can get them quite quickly by saving a lot. I would recommend this if you set your expectation down and want a casual visual novel, the plot is very simple there's not much to it. The only con for me is that you can't date the monk or the witch.

I died at my second day and got my first achievement: Penalty is death -_- The game didn't give me another good choice so i won't give a good vote. It took only few minutes.
