About Catch the dustling
Plot
.You play as Aiko, a junior scientist who has just transferred to a new lab and is eager to prove herself. Due to a failed experiment, the lab has become infested with pollen, creatures from a parallel world that pose a threat because of their ability to defy the laws of physics. Your task is to catch all the dusters before they destroy the lab.
To help Aiko comes her boss Mrs. Carpenter, who is not the first time she has faced an invasion of the dustmen, and the ingenious inventor Eugene, the creator of a trap for these creatures.
Gameplay
1. Collect the dusters:
- In each level, you must catch all the dustmen before the timer runs out. If the timer runs out, the dusters will take over the lab.....
2. Explore large and varied locations:
- Explore large and varied locations, discover new areas of the map, find secrets and solve puzzles. Each level has unique elements that require attention and strategy.
3. Progress through the storyline:
- Complete missions and learn more about the adventures of Aiko and her friends. Dive into an exciting story with unexpected twists and turns and uncover the secrets of the lab.

Searching for the term "platformer" on Steam gives you over 17,000 results... there's thousands and thousands of garbage tier platformers infesting Steam. "Catch the dustling" fits right into that category of retro 2D shovelware glutting the Steam store. Only a tiny number of those are any good, and this isn't one of them. This is a simple and rather pointless Construct based precision/puzzle platformer from Russia. As we might expect from a developer that chooses a primitive, "no skill needed" construction kit like Construct 2, the quality of this is just garbage tier. The platformer follows the plot of a scientist in a lab with weird dust creatures, but any effort expended on plot is totally wasted given how poor the technical delivery is. Platforming is an old, mostly dead genre, and this lacklustre experience, isn't saving the genre... it's no surprise this failed to capture any attention from gamers in the era of immersive 3D gaming. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard.
