About Celestis
Celestis is a simple to learn real-time strategy game with the goal of galactic domination that will run on just about any device. Play by yourself against AI, team up with your friends or play against them with painless drop-in/drop-out multiplayer. You can even play on the same touch-screen based device, such as a tablet for a true local multiplayer experience, if you don't mind the inevitable shenanigans that will follow.
Win or lose, you will gain experience from your matches which you can then use to unlock new powerful talents that will help you tackle more difficult challenges in one of several types of procedurally generated galaxies.
Celestis was originally known as Starlink. I've chosen to rename it for the updated Steam release, seeing as both SpaceX and Ubisoft have since laid claim to that name. -Aren

Celestis is a compact yet thoughtfully designed real-time strategy experience developed and published by Tasharen Entertainment Inc. that focuses on accessibility, replayability, and clean strategic decision-making rather than overwhelming complexity. From the outset, Celestis makes it clear that it aims to strip the RTS genre down to its essentials while still preserving the satisfaction of territorial conquest and tactical planning. The core gameplay loop is immediately approachable. Players expand by claiming nearby star systems, using them to generate resources and project power outward across the galaxy. Movement and combat are handled in real time, but the scale and clarity of the interface ensure that decisions are readable and deliberate rather than frantic. Because the galaxies are procedurally generated, each match presents a new layout of stars and chokepoints, forcing players to adapt their approach rather than r…4 found this helpful
One of the best strategy games! Simple and beautiful. Still playing after so many years.3 found this helpful
Ah I remember this game from Mobile when it was called Starlink. Brings back memories. Now that its on PC, it'd certainly be nice to see what comes next as PC offers tons more capabilities such as modding! As per the game, still fun as ever. Though I would like it on mobile, I guess here for now will suffice. P.S. Don't be a butt, enable comments on your reviews!2 found this helpful
Got this years ago on the Amazon App Store for Android, and it was fun then. Now? Still a fun game. Plays the same as it did then. Gives me a quick fix on the strategy galactic battles one needs for a balanced, happy day.2 found this helpful
I was excited to see this game back after years of waiting. It's a very fun and simple game that one can spend hours playing.1 found this helpful
It dumps you straight into playing. No explanations. If you like to try to read the minds of the developers then waste your money here.
