About Chromaticasters

Chromaticasters is an action roguelike where you and your friends play as Mages, spellcasters from different worlds who were ripped away from their homes and trapped in a mysterious place called the Tavern. The only way out is through a gauntlet of powerful monsters and perilous lands. Master your mage's unique set of spells, band together and synergize with your fellow mages, and fight through the diverse challenges of the Void in this chaotically cute roguelike!

PLAY YOUR WAY

Every playable mage in Chromaticasters is unique, with a unique set of abilities, strengths, weaknesses, and playstyles. Burn swaths of enemies with magical fire, protect allies with healing bubbles, or crash through the hordes with a massive rock hammer. With 8 playable mages and 4 spells for each one, there's a mage for everyone!

CHAOTICALLY CUTE CO-OP GAMEPLAY

Teamwork is at the heart of Chromaticasters. Each mage has a unique role they fill in the team, supporting one another in fun, sometimes unexpected ways. Experiment with your friends and find cool new ways to beat up your enemies!

DRAW STRENGTH FROM BEYOND

Harness otherworldly energies to further augment your spells! By gathering Items and Mutations, you can bolster your strengths, shore up your weaknesses, or even change your role in the team. Each run offers different sets of upgrades, so no two runs will ever feel the same.

ADAPT OR PERISH

Every run brings a fresh set of problems to solve, monsters to fight, and choices to make. Should you take the easy route, or risk it for more rewards? Fight in a room that'll make you move around, or make you stand your ground? You'll have to think on your feet if you want to escape the Tavern for good!
