Chronicles of Forgotten Tears

I bought & played this game well over 3 years ago and it is more then obvious that it is a dead game. The developer took the money and ran, if he/her even was it's developer .. I don't know. I do know that I remember enjoying the content I played & then decided to wait for the rest, which of course never came. Still this unfinished product has 31 achievements so for the achievement hunters out there, I would say waiting for a sale when this game is at a 50% or a better deal and it might be worth it but I'm not going to recommend an unfinished game!!!

I don't give many negative reviews, but I have to here, and it's a damn shame. This is such a good game...I loved the love interests, the animations weren't bad, the story pretty good. But...it's abandoned and possibly stolen from what I've heard. This had so much potential, the card combat I really liked. Again, but...I can't recommend something that will never be finished. If you don't mind a half finished game, then by all means, get it - it's what I did. But get it cheap/on sale cause like I said, it'll never get finished.

Game is dead, don't bother paying for it.

First off, I bought this on sale for $1 and got 5.5 hours worth of play from it. It does have some very nice scenes and the story is decent. So for $1 and the understanding that it ends after your ship ride I'd recommend it. However, the fully story is not included and it does end after the 2nd "chapter" and you get the work in progress message with more "coming soon" which turned out to be a false statement as the last update was over 3+ year ago. The game play is a bit repetitive and it's abandoned which leads to the negative recommendation over all.

Honestly I was not expecting the combat, but it was pretty easy to learn and enjoyable. (Then again I have dabbled in hearthstone for a little bit, and it reminds me of it) Though I can understand others not wanting to think about combat in a porn game, I appreciate the devs willingness to step out into the open with a move like this. Though there was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, I can appreciate the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in different ways of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and a good storyline.
