https://youtu.be/02qDicbezzc Failing to establish real stakes before jumping into the action, it's difficult to feel a connection to the player character or sympathy for his plight.

Short but tense. Despite some slightly frustrating segments due to limited visibility, the atmosphere was fittingly isolated and oppressive.

Bad and janky shooting mechanics that don't belong in an RPG maker engine, heavy handed and pretty braindead story with no subtlety that still somehow ends up being incoherent by the end. AWFUL absolutely terrible ending by the way, it was not worth getting lost in dark areas for 4 hours for this conclusion. Enemy AI is janky and unfair, shooting is stiff and awkward, not enough healing items, if you're expecting a good survival horror game like the original Silent Hill you will be extremely disappointed.
