About Command by Voice: World Conquest
This is a single-player strategy simulation focused on national governance and world conquest. Players act as the supreme ruler of a nation and issue commands to an AI using natural language instead of traditional menus. The AI interprets these commands and translates them into policies, resource allocation, diplomacy, and military actions. Each decision has long-term effects on national development and the global balance of power, leading toward the ultimate goal of unifying the world.

I've been enjoying the game, the generation does a really good job of creating a story for you to follow, while attempting to fix a problem the generation will typically identify a new issue you need to address, for example I was successfully raiding convoys of Wei and had a successful ambush of Zhang He that did a good deal of damage, but this resulted in the border conflict escalating and reinforcements being requested. I also like that when communicating with the AI, you can reference past events not currently present in the game and it will use the prompts as if you played them. Examples when playing as Shu, I made granaries with the Oath of the peach gardens to encourage unity between citizen and refugee, I made a memorial to the fallen of the battle of Chi Bi to help get a formal alliance with Wu, and I had Ma Chao enter Wei territory to get an alliance with the tribes he originally fought with in his anti-Cao Cao coalition. (Qing tribe being the most prominent) One issue I've had is I have mixed success when not taking an officer suggestion and implementing the suggestion as a policy.
