So it is an early release and it is free so there is really no harm in trying it. That being said it is too early of a release. Much of the gameplay is broken to the point of not playable. The premium currency can not be purchased currently. This limits a number of things hidden behind a paywall. You can't manufacture several of the top end things (dynamite, uranium, etc.) which are required in production lines for even the smaller things (Dynamite is required to mine). Also since you sell from the warehouse, your warehouse fills up extremely quick and you can only set the auto sell for a single item. If you send other items to the warehouse it fills up and everything shuts down. Additional auto sales are timed behind a paywall - but that currency is not in game. So is it fun? I think so, but its broken to the point of near unplayable. Once they put the currency in game it will be extremely pay to win - and take away what makes it fun. Lots to work out, would make a great game - but I don't think this is going to get there.3 found this helpful
Crony Corp is a fun and addictive factory-building game where you design automated production lines and optimize them for efficiency. It's easy to learn but gets more challenging as your factory grows, which makes it really satisfying to improve and redesign your setup. If you enjoy games like Factorio or Satisfactory, you'll probably love this.1 found this helpful
Crony Corp is an innovative factory builder and idle game that scratches the infinite expansion and vertical integration itch that every CEO craves. It reminds me of some of my favorite tycoon, idle, and manufacturing games all rolled into one seamless experience. The online and live nature of the marketplace, and the commodities within it, make for an experience I have only ever had on MMORPGs. The manufacturing system is very realistic and educational. Crony Corp is one of a kind idle game unlike anything I have ever played. I cannot wait for the full release! This game comes highly recommended.1 found this helpful
I don't recommend Crony Corp because the tutorial got me stuck in the game even though I declared bankrupt and retried 4 times! I followed the instruction and clicked the headquarter and tried to build but the game system NEVER responded!
Wow this was a really chill game. Almost like playing Sim City, very zen. I definitely think I'll keep playing it.
