I like HOG for how relaxing they are. Take a cup of tea, get a 2 to 3 hours story with relaxing puzzles you already solved a thousand times in another game and move on. This one is no exception, its only issue being the low quality of the game. I enjoyed it nonetheless and liked the Hidden Objects scenes. if you like dark parables, cute animals and disturbing dolls, you will have fun! even more so if you're into drama cds and rejet's dolls series 🙏
Oh. My. God! I have played many, many HOPA games over my life, and this is hands down one of the best I've ever played! The art has aged like fine wine. The story is so fairy tale gothic and clearly a lot of love went into this story. This was by the same team as Dark Parables and it's clear that it takes place in the same universe. However, this game is better than most of the Dark Parable games were. It is just a true work of art. I loved it to pieces. My only critical thought was I thought the ending was a bit abrupt. I would have liked something with more closure. However, that doesn't change the rating. One of the best of the genre!
