Days Without Incident

A short little horror game with combat elements. Very short. Had to follow a guide for some areas bc I didn't realize I had to AVOID the boss at first. Overall, a good little game!

I think its mostly worse than their other free game nightmare house. Its a very short campaign, its not scary, its not good at combat, its not good aesthetically... so I just dont know why this was made? But because its free Im not gonna downvote it.

A relatively short, but well made horror game. The atmosphere and sound did a great job creeping me out. The story is quite good too, recommend to check out the [spoiler] Marked [/spoiler] achievement too. The enemies are scary too, but for another reason: you have health, and the stinky pool they left behind hurts you lol. (still creepy on first encounter though) About the final boss (spoiler just in case), [spoiler] it's a little weird, sometime he won't see you crouching literally right under him lol. And there is once I got animation locked in a corner and my gun won't come out, so he stared me to death lol. [/spoiler]

Simple, fun. I think if you like In Sound Mind at all it will feel extremely familiar, both lore wise and mechanically speaking (which makes a ton of sense since it's a prototype of that game, apparently._ It's very much a bite-sized version of that story, and probably a good "teaser" if you want a demo for that game without spoiling anything. I played this several years after my last ISM playthrough, so for me it just kind of felt like coming home, in a way. If you don't like ISM... I guess don't play this? lol. But its free, its a lil spooky and its short. It's hard to hate, I think.

Huge fan of We Create Stuff and this short game proves their talent to create unique games once again! This free game only takes 30-60 minutes to complete and includes fun puzzles, mind games and monsters. I noticed they have also brought back the original Nightmare House for free, which I played probably 10 years ago, so absolutely gonna try this one too! This short game has a similar vibe and I really enjoyed playing it. It's absolutely worth a try if you're into these type of games and it could be a nice introduction to their other games if you're considering to purchase them (In Sound Mind). No harm in trying a free game!
