Doom Sweeper

An interestingly made game with great potential but... Many bugs, poor balance partly due to bugs. Censorship - Censorship should be chosen by the buyer, not the creator or the world. Abandoned. I would recommend it at a big discount because the game is in poor condition and looks abandoned. If they had maintained it, it would have been great.

The gameplay loop is very fun addicting, but the cutscenes, dialogues and gallery image moments are so lackluster of any love and diversity, making it hard for me to look past how rushed this game felt. This was definitely a missed opportunity to make something special and reminiscing of the flash games era, but instead I'd have a hard time naming it anything else then what it really is, which is definitely: slop. ps. As of the 9th of July, 2026 the last dev update registered on the game was on December 9th, 2025 which makes me believe they probably abandoned their project.

It was fun for abit but to easy to kill the "fleeing citizens" they just blend in with everything else. Green/Pink/Red bosses are literal hp sponges, you waste like 2-5 lives constantly shooting it.

It's got a great artstyle, a dark sense of humor, some really cool weapon combos, and a rewarding gameplay loop. Do you need a PhD and two weeks of field training to figure it out and have fun with it? No. And when you stop to think about it, that's actually a good thing. 4/5. 5/5 if using a supervan to shoot panicked, pixelated schoolgirls at zombies is your secret fetish.

A fun nifty survivors tower defense kind of game with a ton of weapons and combos to try out. Some vastly better than others, machine guns my beloved. The cheeky background lore happening in the form of news broadcasts got a ton of giggles out of me. The difficulty isnt too much but it definitely scales really hard later on. Doom Sweeper is a fun game that kept me entertained for a good long bit of time.

boring as ♥♥♥♥. it's like if Vampire Survivors was a tower defence game but made by a 31 yr old japanese man whose into schoolgirls and think zombies with big tentacle ♥♥♥♥♥ is funny. it's nothing but pedo bait and boring ass gameplay watching zombies die from big explosions.
