Some versions echo through city streets, while others lie buried beneath forest loam. She claims it to be her autobiography. The explanations and controls for the minigames need some work. Stuck at the second one which is supposed to be a rhythm game but there seems to be no rhythm to the music and the witch stirs the pot without any input from the player (it’s supposed to be done on beat, though again there are too many noises in the music to discern which beat I should be following) . She also only occasionally add/tosses the ingredients, not every time, leading to an immediate failure and being unable to progress. Disappointed because I was very intrigued by the story and liked the art style but I’ve grown frustrated with the minigames.1 found this helpful
The only reason why I'm recommending this game is because I actually like the story that this game has as well as the general aesthetic and art style. However, the translation is a bit jank -- which isn't the worst IMO I still managed to get through it. The presence of rhythm games make sense for the MC however actually playing them is super clunky and sometimes the animations don't even play when I click on the beat, or it's just super delayed. This is more story than gameplay, which is fine, but it's important to note.
The story itself is short and an interesting spin on snow white ... but the mini games are so mehhhh ... still worth a try :D

Pretty looking game, It was short and sweet
I'm on the fence on this one. 51% not recommend, 49% recommend. I suspect it is better in the native Chinese. The game is a graphic novel with extra steps which can be glitchy. If I tried to continue a game it would get stuck and be unable to continue though the game is less than an hour long so just get through it all in one session. The "mini games" don't really add anything to the experience because they too are glitchy. I don't think you can fail the mini games but they aren't fun either. The text is auto translated and has grammar and typo issues. The words during the ending go by in a second so you need to read fast. Music is good though and the price is right.
