About Final Age
FINAL AGE is a first person single player psychological horror game. In this game, the player takes on the role of a curious investigator who is drawn to a cottage located in the outskirts of a forest. The cottage was previously owned by an army man who mysteriously disappeared during a war . He had been missing since six months. Neighbors complain that they hear strange sounds from that cottage, as if someone is staying there. But investigators say that it is vacant since the army man is missing.
As the player approaches the cottage, he begin to hear eerie sounds. It seems as though the cottage is alive, with each creak and groan of the old wood conveying an ominous message. The player is determined to uncover the truth behind the creepy noises and decides to explore the cottage. As the player delves deeper into the cottage, they start to experience strange visions and hallucinations, making it difficult to distinguish between reality and fiction.
Throughout the game , the player will need to solve puzzles and uncover clues in order to progress. The game is designed to mess with the player's mind, and horror elements are more psychological than physical. The atmosphere is dark and foreboding.
As the player edges closer to the truth, they must confront their own fears and unravel the dark secrets of the army man's past.
Note: Game contains tricky puzzles. Needs good observation

Final Age is an indie horror game where you investigate the case of a missing soldier. Final Age is a game I want to try and be positive about but ultimately is not worth playing, however the developer shows some promise so I'll try and touch on the good first. Good: This game is an asset flip, but it features decent use of basic assets, the notes in the game are translated fine and the puzzles while simple are functional and all work correctly. A few scares got me good and the game is not terrible. Bad: The story is an incoherent mess, I have essentially no idea what happened not from bad translation but from a lack of proper explanation of any kind. The second half of the game feels like random assets just thrown at you because they are themed around "war" and very little else. The game has a tonne of obnoxious flashing lights that should be purged from all indie horror titles and are not scary. The game ultimately is far too short for the asking price and the playtime is padded by pixel hunting. Overall I can't recommend Final Age but I hope the dev will continue to make games as there is a least some promise here.6 found this helpful
I beat the game in exactly 26 minutes. The sound effects were very annoying. One of the Key items was hard to find, I managed to find it by accident. The story was somewhat original and interesting. Super cheap indie horror game that should be $1-2 Max, or free, nowhere near the $9 Canadian I paid for it. Feel kind of ripped off for how short and cheap this was.3 found this helpful
Its a very short game. I'd only recommend if it was on sale for 1.99. You can see the walkthrough here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zv1Qo1u0-NQ
