You basically follow dots or other markers around with your eyes. I don't think VR brings anything to this other than you can look at two different things easier, but you could do that in desktop as well. I don't think it improves your vision. Whether it has any benefit at all is questionable. This is a neutral recommendation, not a positive one. I wish Steam had such an option.

it is a good stretch. It would be great if there was a timer so you can either know how long you have been doing it or how long you should do it. when loading the app it sets it up to run to the side of the room rather than straight ahead. The exercise where you have to follow the ball with your eyes on the outer edge of the screen, the ball goes out of visual range (behind the edge of the vr goggles) and makes you move your head even though it says stay still. Tried moving further back in the room, it did not help. I still have more exercises to try and am looking forward to it. Overall I would recommend this game for anyone that does excessive screen time or visual fixation. Great stretch.
