In Frog X Log, you must catch as many fly's as possible with your abnormally long tongue until a inevitable fatal mistake.
Each Fly is colour coded and in turn, must be caught with the right colour of tongue.
One out of three colours is picked every 30 seconds which triggers a tongue colour change, for every 10 Fly's picked, the difficulty spikes along with a few surprises.
However, if you happen to catch a fly with the wrong colour, you will trigger a game over and a potential froggy explosion.
Simplistic controls are all that are required, arrow keys to move and the space-bar to temporarily freeze and stick out your tongue.

Frog X Log is a simple arcade-like one-button Flash tier game where you press a button to grab flies with your tongue (as the title suggests, you are a frog on a log). Different flies have different colours so you have to make sure your colours match, that's all there is too it. This is less sophisticated than Frogger... the absolute state of video games today. My heart weeps. The artwork here is terrible, it's a blend of old retro pixel "art" used as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics, and some of the most amateurish MS-Paint style drawings (I won't deign to call these "illustrations"). It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget to arrange someone who can do graphics properly, or lack of talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result of these decisions. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision.
