About 箱庭小駅伝
あなたのPCの中に箱庭駅伝狂会ができて、年3回の駅伝大会を開催するようになります。
箱庭感覚の駅伝シミュレーションゲームです。
各大学40人、40大学で計1600名の選手が正月駅伝出場、さらには駅伝3冠を目指して練習に励んでいます。
あなたはどん底の状態にある一つの大学を選び監督になりチームを運営します。
主なイベントは以下のとおりです。
4月 新入生が入ってきます。
5月 陸上トラック5000ｍ、10000ｍ、ハーフマラソンの大会が行われます。
6月 「11月駅伝」の予選会が行われます。
8月 夏合宿が行われます。夏合宿は能力を大きく伸ばすチャンスです。
10月 「10月駅伝」が行われます。また、「正月駅伝」の予選会も行われます。
11月 「11月駅伝」が行われます。
1月 「正月駅伝」が行われます。
3月 「学生ハーフ」ハーフマラソン大会が行われます。
駅伝三冠を目指してもよいですし、目指さなくてもよいですし、ただ記録を眺めているだけでもよいですし、
お好きなプレイスタイルでご自身のペースでお楽しみください。

"箱庭小駅伝" is, wow... it's like a really badly done football manager/fantasy football game, except about athletic track meets. Discus? Shot put? High jump? Long jump? Triathlon? No no no, just running. This is the video game equivalent of that episode of Simpsons where they went to the box factory, and the kids ask if they could at least see a competely assembled box, but were told no, because the boxes are finished at a different factory. This is basically just a lame spreadsheet. It barely qualifies as a game. There's no English translation for the game, but that's okay. The language of bad games is universal. I think Japan could do a lot better here, though... I mean, Japan gave us Pokemon, Zelda and Mario.... and now this. I guess it's good to stay grounded sometimes and remind people Japan is capable of great mediocrity, too. This has some really mediocre looking graphics that will understandably be a turn off for a lot of gamers, and it's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. You…1 found this helpful
