There is not really too much to say. This game has a fun idea is both great in its execution and in putting a twist on the concept. The gameplay itself is very standard RPG-Maker combat, so completely serviceable. I can't really say more without spoiling (yes, I know) it. Just get it. It's free and like 2 hours long.

It's not what you think. Full of twists and turns.

A short fun free rpg maker game with surprisingly good production values. A couple nice trope subversions near the end as well.

Genuinely great! A couple early cutscenes ran too long, a fair bit past when the joke stopped being amusing, but other than that I had a fantastic 3 hours. I first passed over this game when I saw it, but I finally said "what the heck" and gave it a go. Was *not* disappointed. The voice acting is also professional-sounding, and it felt like I was listening to a quality anime. If you're waffling, thinking this game might be cheesy in a bad way, then you will be pleasantly surprised. If you've got an afternoon free and nothing else to do, get it. It's hard to beat the low price of free.

This game is great and all, but why are Harold and Martha kind of coded like they're age regressors? Like Harold especially. Bro starts sniveling and crying at the slightest amount of stress, I love him. I understand him, truly. And falling right to sleep because Martha held his hand? What the hell. These are the stupidest characters I've ever seen, 10/10. Minimalist blorbo simulator.

You think this game is about one thing, right? Well it's not. Except it is. It does make me think about the value of spoilers. never forget: THE SWORD OF DAMOCLES HANGS i like how harold has three mental breakdowns in two days. this man was not made to be an rpg protagonist. by the end of it i was 100% invested in the stupidity and cheering the whole time. the game is free, playtime is less than 3hrs, there is no reason to NOT play it, so everybody should, really.
