Def the most boring action platformer i have ever played. Now you may wonder; if its so boring why am i recommending it? And the answer to that is pretty simple; Its because i am a 20 year old playing a game that is meant for children, so i can't really judge the game with same standards here. If you are buying this for your child, or if you are a youngster looking to play this game - you're in for a lot of fun! I can imagine my younger self playing this and enjoying it for hours. It's great for developing problem-solving skills in children (because of the puzzles) , the world and scenery are absolutely beautiful and fun to explore (even to me as an adult) and Scrat's personality is captured really well in this game - he is the same Scrat as he is in the movie, they didn't mess that up! But to me personally as an adult? Its boring; the story is nonexistent, puzzles are super easy, same goes for boss fights. Repetitive combat with only 3 basic moves, a lot of bugs, etc... BUT, even tho its boring, its also fun! This game should be free. It’s so simple, basic, and not good at all. Even kids wouldn’t enjoy it if it didn’t carry the name “Ice Age.” I encountered a bug within the first 20 seconds of gameplay—that’s insane. I had to reset at a checkpoint. €30 for this is robbery!

[h2] First of, it's cute. but that's literally all that's good about it. [/h2] you get to run around as scratch, chasing some nuts, kicking butts and look cute in the process. I really, really wanted to like this game, despite the wonky camera and controls. there's not too much story, it feels empty, heartless. [h3] there's way too many bugs/glitches. [b] some are gamebreaking [/b] - like when you pick something up, or a cinematic happens and you're suddenly not able to move anymore. sure, you can reset the checkpoint, maybe even be able to move again. but then it happens again, and again, and again.. I wasn't able to even try play the whole last "crystal nut section" because I just couldn't move after the opening cinematic, no matter what I tried.
