What happens when Golf + Tower Defense + Magic in Virtual Reality?
Welcome to IgKnight Golf Defender where you are armed with a magical golf hammer that can launch cannonball that explodes or magical attacks. This virtual reality game uses a golfing-like physics and tower defense mechanics to create a unique experience.
There are 50 waves to defend against the invading demon army.
Practise your aim to hit them far away for a higher score.
Utilize the 4 different magic to efficiently take out different enemy formations.
Check leaderboard to see how you rank among the IgKnight warriors.

I really think this game needs updating. The store page says physics based golf mechanics but I'm not sure which physics they are talking about, certainly not real world physics. Arcade physics? Magical physics? Well, at least gravity seems pretty consistent .. mostly. All jokes aside, your swing of the giant hammer is akin to a golf driver and the cannonball to a golf ball. However, your swings can clip through the floor. Sometimes you see your hammer hit the ball and nothing happens. Sometimes the ball goes a lot further than the last time you swung exactly the same way. Eventually though, you do get used to the "physics" but still it's not always consistent. The main problem is that there isn't enough variety or depth to the core gameplay. You have magical spells that certainly keep things interesting ... for a little b…2 found this helpful
Golf Defender has interesting and unique premise, but it's not a good game. It doesn't look or feel like a finished commercial product. Pros: + The idea of battle golf is pretty cool, managing to do a precise long distance hit feels satisfying Cons: - It's very repetitive: enemy waves are very similar(there are only 3 types of enemies and boss) and there is barely any difficulty curve(mostly thanks to imba magic). And after every hit you have to wait several second before ball lands, only then you get to do another hit. I stopped playing after half an hour, simply couldn't endure the boredom - Magic is extremely overpowered. Lighting is the worse: it completely ruins the game, leaving no challenge to it - Visuals are awful, just like the screenshots on its store page promised - Menus are very cluttered, one of the worst GUI I've seen in VR
