About INSANIO
Autobattler where you send misfits into vehicular combat. Your job is to prepare them, deploy them, watch them struggle and finally watch them die or win in massive explosions.
Prepare your drop squad by swapping weapons, vehicles, and pilots to your liking. Select a mission and choose your deployment area on the map. From that moment on, it is hands off. You can only watch as your units try to accomplish their task. Every pilot has their own traits affecting their behaviour. While lost equipment can be retrieved from the battlefield, fallen pilots are lost for good. So take care of them if you want to win. New equipment is rewarded for successful missions.

Some of the mechanics are very... frustrating. It's a great game if you hate yourself! I've had a lot of issues with like... really dumb things sabotaging my runs. like for example, i didnt realize that the big rocket gunship would actually ram into enemy ships to the point that it would often destroy itself in the process, which kills the pilot. I've also had problems where my deploying crafts will collide against each other upon deployment, destroying them both. once again, killing both pilots. It also doesn't help when one of your pilots has "schizophrenia" because you can put the pilot in one of your ships, but then it becomes a neutral vehicle, attacking both you and the enemy. this often leads to killed pilots. god forbid you start your run with 4 schizophrenic pilots, you will not have a good time. I can't tell if schizophrenia is supposed to be a temporary effect (like "too angry to die" among other things) or permanent, but ive never seen a schizophrenic pilot live long enough to see the effect go away, so there's that. and don't even get me started on friendly fire. I watched one of my ships completely shred another one because it happened to be directly in betw…3 found this helpful

lot of people disliking the game and i feel like its because they don't really understand the goal of what was made, this game is a very fun and great roguelike and it has insane potential for future updates. all it needs is some quality of life changes and maybe additional content later down the line2 found this helpful

Quick and fun game, doesn't feel too repetitive. Love to attention to detail with explosions and smoke trails, Ice breaking/melting from ships, snow melting from ground vehicles, the shadows and lighting is not what I expected from a game like this. Worth a buy.
If you have conserved your attention span in this world of dopamine-fueled distractions, you got the idea how the different systems work by losing games and runs, like in Draw Fortress
