This game is obviously still in development. But if you like tower defense games this might be up your alley. 3d 1st per Tower defense.2 found this helpful
Pros:

Awesomo is awesome.
Overall, the gameloop is fun. Tower defense games are relatively simple and straightforward but that's part of the charm.
Each of the player classes are distinct enough that as a player, you have a reason to want to switch and play different ones.
Aside from the lens flare issue, graphically the game does look great.
Having a talent system to level the towers, player skills, and player powers is great. Gives the player more of a reason to keep playing levels, as well as to revist older levels.
Each of the locations are definitely varied enough to make them standout from each other. It doesn't feel like you're just playing the same level with a different theme, which is great.
Controls are responsive, movement feels good, and I didn't find myself suffering from any stuttering.
Cons:

Lens flares need to be turned down. They're too distracting and tend to blind you if you stare at an object that either emits light or reflects light.
During the tutorial, the text that talks about Ignacio's ability lists his 2 ability as X-Ray spects but the ability that is displayed in-game is regenerate.
Weapon reticle and…1 found this helpful
I recommend this game. This game has a lot of potential. I hope that they continue to work on it and add more chapters and characters etc. I had a few delays but am pretty sure that it was in my settings.1 found this helpful
This game isn't particularly groundbreaking, but it is quirky and charming in it's own right. There obviously are still a tremendous number of bugs, and it's still pretty short at the moment, but that's to be expected from early access. That aside, who doesn't like shooting aliens?1 found this helpful
This game was actually a lot of fun! I love the idea of being able to actively defend and shoot in a defense-style game (unlike the repetitive copy/paste format of some other monkey themed tower games.) It took a few minutes of wandering around the hub to actually find the first level, so the only thing I would like to see is maybe starting right into the first level and then taking a step back into the cut scenes to explain the lore. I definitely can't wait to see this game get scaled up as I see a lot of potential.
