Kamu's Offering is a 2D retro platformer with an African theme. Gameplay consists of routine wall jumping and other platforming, and there's also a ball throw/retrieve gimmick. While the quality here is higher than that of most platformers on Steam, featuring 3D rendered graphics, the developers made some questionable design decisions. They deliberately locked out keyboard controls, forcing gamers to use a console peasant childrens toy game controller. This is unacceptable on the PC platform. Also, the ball throwing mechanism is twitchy and lacks polish, yet is necessary for the game... so this makes large parts of the game frustrating and un-fun. While the game is free, those killer issues prevent me from recommending this. However, by making their game free, the developers have shown great service to themselves and the gaming industry. I hope to see them go on and develop PC centric video games in future.
Before I played Kamu's Offering, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
If you like platformers then this game is an easy grab. It's already free so there's no reason not to, and it feels pretty good to play. The ball mechanic it uses is pretty sick in concept and design and there's some fun obstacles to get around that make you feel out what you can and can't do. I don't know why it's free, underrated, and fun to play, but it's good, and that's all I care about. Have a go bois

If you're playing with a PS4 layout controller, the game won't work because it can't detect the "RT" despite every other game can. Since you can't reconfigure the button so there's no way you can play this game.
