Kind of a mediocre game. It's a fine concept, execution isn't broken or anything. It just doesn't excite in any particular way. A game where you make choices, and they affect 4 stats that you need to balance, but the game is so short that it doesn't get very interesting. Presentation-wise it feels like a Papers, Please inspired game, but without the challenge of actually having to use your head to judge the passports, you just make choices. It feels kinda like a demo, or a proof of concept, with how it lets you play for a few days and see what feels like a super condensed version of an actual game's story.

Leningrad is a lulzy Russian 2D retro pixel "decision manager" game where your job is to look after 4 stats (fuel, morale, health and technical condition). In charge of a fictional city/fortress, you are randomly presented with a series of problems (a crew member stole some vodka, got drunk and published a cash grab asset flip on Steam, how will you punish them etc). Whichever answer you choose may boost some of your stats but typically has a net loss, so the challenge is to go as far as you can before you inevitably lose to the RNG. What fun. This text based garbage is like a browser version of Oregon Trail but with worse graphics and shallower gameplay. There's no serious merit as a video game here, the whole thing could be done in a web browser. There's no real point to this being on Steam.

For a game based on choices deciding your fate, it lacks actual consequences as not matter if you help oleg he always will call you a tyrant and the ending of the game always will be decided by the two options and will ignore any other decisions.
