Long Arm of the Law is a free action game with an engaging premise and atmospheric tone that some players appreciate, but it's held back by significant control issues and lack of customization options. The game suffers from locked keyboard controls requiring a controller, no key rebinds, poor camera angles, and limited audio settings, making it feel rough and unpolished despite being developed for PC. While the core gameplay and story have potential, the awkward controls and apparent lack of polish suggest the game needed more development time before release.

Long Arm of the Law seems like a bad console port but apparently it's not. Instead, significant effort has been made to make a PC native third person brawler/shooter/platformer look and feel exactly like a terrible console port. Despite not being a console game, the developers locked out a lot of KB controls, requiring the use of a console peasant childrens toy controller. Despite never having been on consoles! Controls and resolution are locked, and the camera angles and gameplay polish are poor, in line with this attempt to recreate a bad console port. The developers absolutely succeeded in their questionable goal here. I was 100% convinced this was a bad console port. While this is free, and that's a noble gesture, it's quite bad, due to the terrible control screwups. I do not understand or endorse the developers goal to synthesise a badly done console port.4 found this helpful

Игра "Long Arm of the Law" — это увлекательный шутер с элементами стелс-действий. Простой, но атмосферный сюжет о борьбе с преступностью через глаза полицейского. Графика минимальная, но справляется с задачей. Камера и боевая система немного примитивны, но это не мешает погрузиться в атмосферу. Отличный выбор для любителей легких, но насыщенных приключений. Однако сложности в управлении могут оттолкнуть новичков. В целом — достойный проект для ценителей жанра.
Long Arm of the Law is a good free game but their are may be some bug as well as well as a total lack of menu to be able to lower the sound of the games despite these inconveniences this game remains well with a tutorial and a little story. I recommend it because I respect the developer's work and it's a good single player game.
