Features of 'Manitas Kitchen':
- Pizza-gression: make delicious pizzas from the start and unlock new recipes by buying ingredients!
- Crime Drama Narrative: Alpadino hides something in the restaurant's basement and Trexito is starting to suspect… will be you the one that exposes Alpa's secret?
- Mental State Management: help Trexito to manage his stress-levels in order to have a good chef performance. Although, be careful and don't over-stress Trexie or else they will close earlier!
- Dino-Squad Ultimates: each dino (except from 'The Boss') has a specialty that, in-game, is reflected through their chore mechanics, which ranges from a flamethrower to bake the pizzas to smashing dough with their tale!
And Don’t Forget Your Pizza!

As much as I hate to leave a negative review - I can't really recommend this game.... I see the passion and love, but sometimes it's not enough You can absolutely try this out, but be aware of the faults of this game

The good: [olist] [*] Cute artstyle and characters [*] I like the prehistoric setting [*] Pizzas [/olist] The bad: [olist] [*] Modern technology is such a whiplash, since you yourself are in a cave with torches of all things... [*] VERY repetitive. You'll drop the game quite quickly most likely. [*] The game drags on.... after the update it's much better, but still it takes so long for things to happen... [*] I feel like the story wasn't explored\explained enough... [*] The game is... easy. I was never stressed out.... [*] The ending wasn't satisfying. [*] Playing with a gamepad is still a torture for your thumb when you knead the dough. [*] Sabotages are just annoyances that siphon your money. [/olist] Bugs, glitches and suggestions: [olist] [*] If you put pizza in the oven and don't do anything you'll have to make another input in order to take the pizza out. It's a little thing, but over t…2 found this helpful
Hermoso juego en todo sentido y me hace muy feliz que sea con género neutro. <3 _____ Beautiful game in every aspect and it makes me so happy to see gender neutral pronouns. <31 found this helpful
I love cute games and I LOVE cooking games, I also love dinosaurs. As much as the aesthetic of this game is incredibly cute, I think this game isn't meeting it's potential unfortunately. - The controls whether on keyboard or controller are incredibly clunky, it does not feel smooth to play. If you have multiple orders with different ingredients, you cannot cook a pizza and do ingredients at the same time as you will get a random assortment of toppings and the pizza will burn. It doesn't flow and feels very slow. Tweaking of the controls system and the topping system, as well as making your character walk faster would make massive improvements! - The story line and cut scenes are not coherent, I am nearing completion and still can't fully grasp what the full story is supposed to be. Bio's of the main characters =/= creating a connection to the story and characters. - Gameplay is extremely repetitive, there are no visible kitchen or environment upgrades. You can only buy new ingredients and upgrade the dinosaur helpers. This makes the game become stale and boring incredibly fast. If Dev team could consider upgrades to the kitchen, or even a sense of customisation of the env…1 found this helpful
This game seems cute and charming on paper... Dinosaurs making Pizza, sounds like a good time... right? Well let me tell you that this game is repetitive and has hardly any variation to make it fun. You only play in one locale, you do the same 7-8 pizzas until the game decides to progress the story (which is boring and you don't really miss much if you decide to quit halfway through). I've played cooking games before and this one has to be the laziest and most aggravating one I've played in recent memory. Skip this one if you want to play something fun and engaging.
This game is very cute, but the controls and the speed at which the characters move make it way too frustrating to play.
PC controls are unnecessarily jank, with all controls just in one hand. My right hand feels so empty. It would have been better to have either the movement on the arrow keys or the skills on the numpad. As it stands, it's just a dumb way to make the game "harder". That's in quotes because it really just made the entire experience frustrating. As cute as the visuals are, the animations are so slow? I guess that's part of the "mechanic" or whatever, with your char being slow when the stress level is low while fast and rushing when the stress level is high. But it feels weird and backwards in a time management game. Story... What story? Lol. We got a cutscene in the beginning and some dialogue here and there, but they're so few and far in between that I don't even remember what the point of it all is. I expected more from this game. I'm gonna go back to playing Shawarma Legend.
