Purchased it in the hope that it will turn out to be a Space 4X Game. What I received is a graphically enhanced Tic-Tac-Toe simulator. Need a game to understand this game.1 found this helpful
This is a game I have played to death before it had been released to steam. It probably is not for everyone, but there is a simplicity in it and a few concepts which I really adore. I wish the AI was less predictable though.1 found this helpful
STORY
There is no story, background, or setup to the game.
GAMEPLAY
The game plays much like a simple version of a board game. Every turn you choose to move and attack a planet or stay and defend. You upgrade a factory on any of the planets you own to continue generating new ships. Ships build every 2 turns on your planets. The goal is to own all of the planets
PLAYTIME
The game is mildly difficult at the start of the map, as there is a factor of RNG that occurs, much like dice rolls in RISK do. Play time is ~3-5 hours to get all achievements. Some achievements are very grind intensive. Additionally there are some multiplayer achievements that will require …
Tags: Clicker - Swarmer Additional Tags: Delete Local Content & Remove from Library TLDR: Rapidly take over nearby planets then snowball ships together and take everything over. AI cannot keep up. Turn based, dated ugly audiovisuals and no fun to be had. The matches all play out the same way, the game advised that AI intelligence levels were at lowest but the custom game settings showed nowhere an option to increase the AI behavior. Even if the AI could be made ruthless this is a fairly barebones excuse for a game and would probably not hold up much better just by having it drag on because of heavy resistance. Best removed into hidden library for declutter.
